One Book: Every Young Child is Pennsylvania’s collaborative project using the vehicle of a “One Book, One State” program to highlight the importance of early literacy development in preschoolers. When Inside Mouse, Outside Mouse was chosen for this program, they created a comprehensive educator’s guide for the book.
